Biography

Francine enjoys evaluating jobs to accommodate individuals with non-industrial injuries. She also provides work area evaluations for employers while developing job analyses and providing injury prevention training. She is also a proud member of both the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Washington Occupational Therapy Association.

Education

Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California in 1971, Francine received her Certificate in Occupational Therapy from that same university two years later.

Professional Background

Before taking on her active role with UBC, Inc., Francine was able to take on many unique and helpful roles in the health care industry ranging from consultation of inmate work behaviors to the supervision of occupational and recreational therapists who provide life skill training, work adjustment and vocational readiness programs to severely mentally disabled adolescents. Her most recent position involved providing therapy to children with developmental disabilities ages 4 months to 6 years old. This allowed Francine to consult with case managers, teachers, and parents to develop school and home programs.
