Physical Therapy
Individual physical therapy focuses on building strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and functional tolerances. This can also include education in areas of ergonomics, posture, body mechanics, and injury prevention. Treatment is highly individualized and can often lead to more advanced programs.
